Click & Collect

A NEW WAY TO SHOP AT MACARTHUR CENTRAL

To make your shopping experience more convenient, many of our retailers are now offering a free “click & collect” or “call & collect” service that allows you to order online or via phone and pick up your purchase at Macarthur Central.

Click & Collect or Call & Collect allows you to collect your order without having to leave your car. Your order will be delivered to you whilst you wait in your car in the designated parking bay. Our parking bay is located on the Service Level and is available between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week. Simply look out for the orange signs as you enter the Elizabeth Street Car Park Entrance. 

Be sure to organise the day and time for collecting your order when you are Click & Collecting or Call & Collecting from your favourite Specialty Stores. Click on a participating retailer below for more details.

Please ensure you remain in your vehicle at all times. 

*For Woolworths and Big W, pick up your order in store at the service desk when you receive an email/SMS that your order is ready for pick up.
